Was established in 1986 with the purpose of manufacturing lanolin from wool grease, a by product of the wool industry, very important in Uruguay.
In 1987 started the industrial production of lanolin. Presently, the raw material is centrifugal wool grease from south American, south African and Australian wools.
Lanco in the world We have started exporting in 1990 to neighbour countries, reaching later 4 continents.
Currently, we supply industries and distributors in Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, United States, Venezuela, Peru, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Germany, Poland, Canada and Mexico.
